Official rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Abbreviated rules. Open to legal residents of the 48 United States excluding New York and Rhode Island, and D.C., who are at least 18 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Entry period: September 10, 2026 10:00 a.m. MT through October 31, 2026 10:00 a.m. MT. Two winners. Each winner receives the Rogue equipment package described in Section 7, ARV $2,652.00 per prize; total ARV $5,304.00. Maximum 2,500 total entries per person. A free mail-in entry method awarding 75 entries per valid submission is described in Section 4. Subject to the full official rules below. Sponsor: Luz Data, Inc.

1. Sponsor

The Forge Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Luz Data, Inc., 450 S 400 E, Suite 230, Bountiful, Utah 84010, operating the Forge store (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) United States, excluding New York and Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Void in New York, Rhode Island, and where prohibited. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies (including Fullcart), its prize suppliers, and its advertising and promotion agencies, together with each such person’s immediate family members (spouse, domestic partner, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of residence) and household members (whether or not related), are not eligible. Entering online requires a Fullcart account and an eligibility attestation; the free mail-in method in Section 4 does not require an account. Sponsor will verify each potential winner’s residence before awarding a prize.

3. Sweepstakes period

The Sweepstakes begins September 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends October 31, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time (the “Entry Period”). Online entries recorded outside the Entry Period are not counted. Sponsor’s servers are the official timekeeping device for online entries; postmark and receipt dates govern mail-in submissions as described in Section 4.

4. How to enter

Online entries are recorded to your Fullcart account on the Sweepstakes page at forgechains.com/giveaway. Each entry method below awards the stated number of entries:

Free mail-in entry (no purchase necessary): hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth, together with the phrase “Forge Giveaway Free Entry,” on a 4″ × 6″ card, and sign the card to confirm that you are eligible and agree to these official rules. Mail the card in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: The Forge Giveaway — Free Entry, Luz Data, Inc., 450 S 400 E, Suite 230, Bountiful, Utah 84010. Each valid submission earns seventy-five (75) entries. Each card must be mailed in its own separate envelope; only one card per envelope will be counted. Cards must be hand-written; photocopied, mechanically reproduced, typed, or bulk submissions are void. There is no limit on the number of separate mail-in submissions, subject to the overall 2,500-entry limit per person; entries in a submission that would exceed the limit are disregarded. Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by October 31, 2026 and received by November 7, 2026. Entries are credited to the Fullcart account registered to the email address written on the card; if no such account exists, Sponsor will create an entry record for that email address, and the entrant may view it by registering a Fullcart account with the same email address. A submission postmarked by the deadline remains valid even if it is processed after the Entry Period ends. No purchase, payment, or marketing consent is required, and postage is paid to the postal service, not to Sponsor.

If you are already subscribed, completing this action on the Sweepstakes page awards the same entries. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing messages is not required to enter or win (see Section 6).
Follow Forge on Instagram: open the follow link on the Sweepstakes page — opening the link confirms you follow Forge, and 10 entries are added moments later. Sponsor may verify the follow at winner selection and may disqualify entries confirmed falsely.

Social post (25 entries per platform; limit one credited post per platform): during the Entry Period, while signed in to your Fullcart account, you may earn twenty-five (25) entries by publishing one original public post on Instagram and twenty-five (25) entries by publishing one original public video on TikTok, and submitting each post’s URL on the Sweepstakes page. To qualify, a post must: (a) be posted to a public account and remain publicly visible through the completion of winner verification; (b) mention @forgechains and include the hashtag #ForgeSweepstakes at or near the beginning of the caption — this hashtag is required so that viewers know the post was made in exchange for Sweepstakes entries; (c) for TikTok videos, also display #ForgeSweepstakes as on-screen text or include a spoken statement that the video is a Sweepstakes entry, and use TikTok’s content-disclosure setting if it is available to you; (d) be your own original content that does not show any identifiable person other than you without that person’s consent and does not include music, images, or trademarks you do not have the right to use; and (e) not ask viewers to tag other people or otherwise violate the applicable platform’s terms. Do not tag any person in content in which that person does not appear. A post that does not meet each of these requirements earns no entries. Only the first qualifying post per platform is credited; additional posts earn no additional entries. Sponsor will review submitted URLs when crediting entries and again before awarding any prize, and entries credited for a post that is deleted, made private, or edited to remove @forgechains or #ForgeSweepstakes before winner verification will be removed. By submitting a post URL you grant Sponsor a limited, non-exclusive right to view, capture, and retain a copy of the post solely to administer and verify the Sweepstakes. Posting is optional; the free mail-in method above awards more entries per submission than any social post.
Referral (10 entries per qualified referral; limit ten (10) qualified referrals, maximum 100 entries): during the Entry Period, while signed in to your Fullcart account, you may obtain a personal referral link on the Sweepstakes page. You choose whether, where, and how to share your link, using your own accounts and your own words; Sponsor does not provide message templates and will not send any message to a person you refer, and you must not provide Sponsor with any other person’s contact information for referral purposes. You will receive ten (10) entries for each “Qualified Referral,” meaning a person who (a) is eligible under Section 2 and is not you (including through any additional account, email address, or identity you control); (b) first visits the Sweepstakes page through your referral link during the Entry Period; and (c) creates a Fullcart account, agrees to these official rules, and completes at least one free entry method described in this Section during the Entry Period. No purchase by a referred person is required for a Qualified Referral, and purchases by referred persons do not earn referral entries. Each person can be a Qualified Referral for only one referrer, credited to the referral link that person first used. When sharing your link you must accurately describe the Sweepstakes and must not send bulk or unsolicited commercial messages, use paid advertising, or post the link where you do not have permission to post; referral entries obtained through prohibited sharing, self-referral, or duplicate, automated, or fictitious accounts earn no entries, and any such entries already credited will be removed. Referring others is optional; the free mail-in method above may be used to obtain up to the same maximum number of entries.
Completion bonus: complete all four of the following actions — email updates, text updates, the Instagram follow, and the TikTok follow — during the Entry Period — 10 additional entries, added automatically. Purchases, the free mail-in method, social posts, and referrals are not required for, and do not count toward, the completion bonus.
Purchases: four (4) entries per one U.S. dollar ($1.00) of eligible merchandise in orders placed on the Forge store during the Entry Period while signed in to your Fullcart account. Eligible merchandise means the product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, and gift cards. Fractional dollars are rounded down. Orders placed as a guest are not eligible. If an order is cancelled, refunded, or charged back before winner verification is complete, the corresponding entries are removed. The free mail-in method above may be used repeatedly to reach the same maximum 2,500 entries available through all methods combined, so a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Entry limit: regardless of entry method, there is a limit of two thousand five hundred (2,500) total entries per person; entries beyond the limit do not count toward winner selection. Entrants may not share an email address or telephone number. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the registered holder of the associated Fullcart account or, for a mail-in entry record without an account, the person named on the card, provided that person is eligible.

5. Odds of winning

Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing weighted by number of entries, subject to the per-person entry limit. Each entry has an equal chance of being selected regardless of the entry method used. Every eligible entrant can reach the maximum 2,500 entries without a purchase by using the free mail-in method. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Marketing consent

Subscribing to marketing email or text messages earns entries but is not required to enter or win — the free mail-in method in Section 4 can reach the maximum 2,500 entries with no subscription. Unsubscribing after entering does not remove entries already earned. Text message consent is not a condition of purchase; message frequency varies; reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

7. Prize

Two (2) identical grand prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of: one Rogue RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack (ARV $935.00); one men’s 20KG The Ohio Bar — Cerakote (ARV $365.00); one 260LB Rogue Color Echo Bumper Set containing two plates each in 10LB, 15LB, 25LB, 35LB, and 45LB weights (ARV $757.00); and one Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0, SKU RF0959-BLACK-MG-TXT-FP (ARV $595.00). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $2,652.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $5,304.00. Standard delivery to an eligible address is included. Assembly, installation, flooring, and accessories not expressly listed above are not included. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute an unavailable item only with an item of equal or greater value. Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes; each winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security number for tax reporting before the prize is awarded, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law. Limit one (1) prize per person. Sponsor will attempt to fulfill each prize within approximately eight (8) weeks after winner verification. Any unclaimed prize is forfeited.

8. Prize delivery

Each prize ships by freight carrier and requires a freight-deliverable street address in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States; delivery cannot be made to P.O. boxes. If a winner resides in Alaska or Hawaii, Sponsor will provide a substitute prize of equal value or arrange alternative delivery at Sponsor’s discretion.

9. Non-affiliation

Rogue Fitness is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, this promotion. ROGUE is a trademark of Coulter Ventures, LLC. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or TikTok. Entrants release each of these parties from any liability in connection with this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or TikTok.

10. Winner selection and notification

On or about November 12, 2026 — after all timely mail-in submissions received by November 7, 2026 have been processed — Sponsor will select two (2) potential winners by an auditable random drawing across all eligible entries. The recorded drawing seed and entry snapshot are retained so the selections can be independently verified. Each potential winner will be notified by email at the address on their entry record and must respond within seven (7) days and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. If a potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected by the same method. No entrant may win more than one (1) prize. Sponsor will never ask a winner to pay money, provide credit card information, or provide bank account information to claim a prize; tax information is collected through a secure channel.

11. Verification and disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify entries obtained through multiple accounts operated by the same person, automated or scripted entry, photocopied or mechanically reproduced mail-in cards, false attestations, purchases refunded to manufacture entries, self-referral or referral credit manufactured through duplicate or fictitious accounts, social posts that are falsified or altered after approval, or any conduct that violates these rules. All entries are recorded in an append-only ledger; disqualification decisions are made by human review and are final.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce each winner’s first name and last initial in connection with the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

13. General conditions

Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs its integrity, and in that case will select the winners from eligible entries received before the impairment. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, or undeliverable entries or for technical failures of any kind. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

14. Limitation of liability; disputes

By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. If any provision of these rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

15. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is handled under Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at forgechains.com/privacy. Entry data is used to administer the Sweepstakes, and, only where the entrant separately subscribed, for marketing communications.

16. Winners’ names

To request the names of the winners, contact Forge support through forgechains.com/support within sixty (60) days after the Entry Period ends.
