These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Forge website and any purchases you make through it. This storefront is operated by Forge Chains LLC and supported by Fullcart's commerce platform infrastructure.

Use of the Site

By using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information, and not to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the storefront.

Products, Pricing, and Availability

We strive to present products, descriptions, pricing, and availability accurately, but mistakes can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel transactions where necessary.

Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the total order amount, including taxes, shipping, and any other applicable charges. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Return, exchange, and refund eligibility are governed by the policies posted on this site, including our Shipping and Returns page.

Gift Cards and Purchased Fullcart Credit

Purchased digital gift cards are issued by Luz Data, Inc., at 450 South 400 East, Suite 220, Bountiful, UT 84010, USA. Fullcart administers the program. Gift cards are sold in U.S. dollars in amounts from $5 to $1,000 and cannot be reloaded or used to buy other gift cards.

A store-issued code can be used at its issuing store without an account. Use part of the balance and keep the rest for later, or pay any difference with another available payment method. You may instead add the remaining value to your verified Fullcart account. The original code then stops working, and the value becomes Fullcart Credit for use while signed in at participating stores owned and operated by Luz Data. Claimed credit stays with that account and cannot be transferred to another account.

Purchased gift-card value does not expire, including after it is added to Fullcart Credit. We do not charge purchase, use, balance-inquiry, inactivity, maintenance, or replacement fees. Adding purchased value to an account does not turn it into a promotional award or waive protections that apply to that value.

Gift-card purchases are generally final sale and nonrefundable, except as required by applicable law. Contact support for help with an incorrect or duplicate purchase or a gift that was not delivered. An approved cancellation or refund must account for any value already used or claimed.

Gift-card balances are redeemable for cash where required by applicable law. Contact support through our contact page to request a review. Merchandise purchased using gift value follows the applicable return policy. An approved refund may be restored to the gift card or its associated Fullcart Credit; restored purchased value keeps its purchased-value protections. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory refund or cash-redemption rights.

Gifts are delivered electronically after successful payment and any selected delivery date. Check the delivery address and keep the code and gift link private: someone with them may be able to spend or claim the balance. Open the gift link to check an unclaimed gift, or check Fullcart Credit while signed in after claiming. Contact support if an email is missing, a code is exposed, or you cannot access the value. Recovery requires verification and depends on the remaining value, subject to law.

Account closure, inactivity, or a security review does not waive your legal rights in legitimate purchased value. Contact support to review access to any remaining purchased value. We may investigate fraud and correct proven errors as permitted by law. Unclaimed balances are handled under applicable unclaimed-property law. Changes to these terms do not retroactively reduce purchased value or mandatory rights.

These purchased-value terms are separate from promotional offers. A promotional claim deadline applies to claiming the offer, not to spending credit already claimed from a credit Drop. Claimed credit Drop value remains available in that account. A promo code may instead apply to one order only; any unused discount does not carry forward. Review the offer's store, deadline, and other conditions before using it.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes, and credits may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, or one-time-use restrictions. We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time unless prohibited by law. These promotional conditions do not override the purchased gift-value protections above or the terms of credit already claimed from a credit Drop.

SMS and Email Communications

If you opt in to receive marketing emails, we may send recurring promotional emails to the address you provide. You may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in any email.

If you opt in to text messages, Forge (Forge Chains LLC) will send recurring automated marketing texts about product launches, restocks, and offers to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or email [email protected]. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, imagery, branding, design, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, this site and the products and services offered through it are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Chains LLC, Fullcart, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
